When I find damaged quilts, I like to rescue them and remake them into these beautiful garlands.

I love to imagine the original quilter taking her time, collecting each fabric, sewing each circle, piece by piece. I like to think that handmade items carry the energy of the maker’s hands within them, and maybe some of the dreams they dreamed while making them.
